Our Founder
Zeeshaan Shah is a self-made serial entrepreneur, serving as the Founder & Chairman of One Group. He is one of the UK’s most celebrated rising entrepreneurs, having won accolades such as Young Business Person of the Year 2017, International Entrepreneur of the Year 2020, and being a finalist for Business Person of the Year 2023. He is also a Founders Circle Member of King Charles III’s British Asian Trust, a charity supporting the development and empowerment of disadvantaged communities in South Asia, and a member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO).

Zeeshaan is at the helm of a global real estate and venture capital group dedicated to creating extraordinary destinations that inspire and empower people to live their best lives. With almost two decades of experience in property and finance, he has been involved in transactions worth over $1.5 billion worldwide, including over 3000 properties completed and currently under development.
