Islamabad, PakistanAbout IBECHS The Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society (IBECHS) was established in early 1983 and was registered with the Office of the Registrar, Cooperative Societies Department Islamabad on 24-April-1983. Initially IBECHS launched Pakistan Town Ph-I in 1982-1983 on an area of 1272.48 kanals and Pakistan Town Ph II in 1988-1989 on 537 kanals land and allotted 3011 plots of different sizes to its members. After the development of Pakistan Town Ph-I & II the IBECHS started its 3rd phase “Gulberg Islamabad” in 2004 in Zone-IV and V which consists of two parts i.e Gulberg Residencia and Gulberg Greens. Our Projects: Pakistan Town Phase I-II Dream Heights Gulberg Greens ............................... Gulberg Residencia The IBECHS obtained approval of LOP and NOC of Gulberg Residencia Zone-V comprising land measuring 3,799 kanal from CDA on 18-June-2010 and 22-July-2011 respectively. Further the Society submitted required documents with the CDA for approval of revised LOP and NOC in three phases for extension of Gulberg Residencia comprising consolidated land of 23,505.45 kanals which is under process for approval with CDA. The Society is giving possession of developed plots in Gulberg Residencia. Approximately 150 allottees have started construction on their plots and approx. 20 families have shifted in their own built houses. Gulberg Greens (Affiliated Project) Gulberg Greens farm houses scheme – Zone-IV was approved by CDA on 29-03-2012 and NOC for the scheme was issued by the CDA on 28-05-2012 for a land measuring 3861.85 kanal. Further the society submitted the required documents with the CDA for approval of revised LOP and NOC in phases for extension of Gulberg Greens comprising consolidated land of 15,202.30 kanal which is under process with CDA for approval. 051-111-506-506 051-2745610
